One thing about being creative with marketing collateral: sometimes you don’t like any particular idea because it doesn't feel right or seem as interesting - which actually makes perfect sense when I think back on how many times this happened while working here at Crown Property & Tours.

There was one instance where someone didn't want crowns anywhere near her logo (which happens to include an image made up entirely from circles), but after talking through our rationale behind placing them there, she came around completely, eventually admitting her likeness for the work.

We know that the logo is your baby. It's not something you can just throw together in 24-48 hours and expect it to be good enough for business!

We'll do everything we can, but sometimes more time needs to go into crafting a quality brand identity like yours because of how complicated this process really gets on some occasions - trust us when we say patience pays off here (and who doesn't love getting paid?).

Can I ask for a refund?

SameHypothetically yes, we don’t practice it at MediaPlus. After all, who wants their money back after experiencing such creative heights?!

However, we have an easy-to-reach policy for those moments when you are not satisfied with the work done. Still before it – just let us know what happened, and we’ll do everything within our power to give this project new life and tweak the things that made you unhappy.

You’ll be the exclusive owner of your company's unique brand. After the project is finished, we'll send over a copyright transfer letter so that our client will have sole ownership.
